Associate Electrical Engineer – Industrial Electrics

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting an Associate Electrical Engineer for the Industrial Electrics division, based at our Porto office.With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.Responsibilities:Develop Industrial Electrical Installations projects under senior supervisionEnsure compliance with defined project deadlines and technical requirementsSupport the coordination of the assigned project teamCollaborate in the technical development and review of project documentationSupport and collaborate in the training of junior team membersProfile:Master's degree in electrical engineeringAdvanced proficiency in English (mandatory), with the ability to communicate in an international project environment3 to 5 years of professional experience in the development of industrial electrical installations projectsStrong technical background in industrial electrical systems, including design, specifications, and technical reviewsProficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of REVIT is considered an asset, particularly in BIM environmentsStrong work capacity and adaptability to different project typesAutonomy, proactiveness, and sense of responsibilityGood communication skills and a collaborative team spiritAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in multidisciplinary environmentsWhat we offer:Quadrante is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
