The company currently has more than 950 professionals in the different areas in which it operates.Neotalent, the responsive people.Find out more about us at www.neotalentconclusion.com.Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior Functional QA Tester to join one of our Nearshore Teams working for international clients across Europe.The work can be done fully remotely, or from our offices in Lisbon or Porto whenever preferred.In this role, you will be responsible for validating software features, ensuring that business requirements are accurately implemented and system functionality is thoroughly tested.What you will do:Write and execute clear and structured test cases based on requirements and user stories;Perform manual functional testing across various areas of the application;Validate UI behavior, business rules, and system functionalities;Accurately log, track, and retest bugs, collaborating with development teams for resolution;Work closely with developers, BAs, and POs to align test scenarios with real business expectations;Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups;Ensure traceability of testing to requirements and contribute to improving QA processes.What you are like:Solid experience in manual functional testing, preferably in enterprise environments;Strong ability to translate software requirements into actionable test cases;Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar;Comfortable working in Agile teams and collaborating across functions;Motivated to learn and grow continuously within the QA field;English proficiency (written and spoken).Why join usWork on challenging projects for big clientsLearn more about emerging technologiesPossibility of working remotelyDesign your career planAccess to continuous training and certificationsEvolve through our internal mobility program... and much more
