Discover a workplace where your potential knows no boundsWe are looking for a Cybersecurity professional with experience in Offensive Security and Pentesting to join a dynamic team and collaborate in the organization, coordination, and execution of security tests.Requirements:Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field;Experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or vulnerability management environments;Solid understanding of Pentest processes, both manual and automated;Experience or strong interest in automation, scripting, and offensive security tools;Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate technical activities across multiple stakeholders;Ability to produce clear technical and process documentation;Autonomous, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset;Strong communication skills;Fluent in spoken and written English.Responsibilities:Support the organization and planning of Pentests in collaboration with the offensive security team;Prepare testing environments, including accounts, roles, permissions, and target system identification;Organize and lead kick-off meetings and Pentest scope definition sessions;Collect and validate technical prerequisites to accelerate Pentest delivery;Coordinate Pentest logistics, including kick-off meetings and final restitution sessions;Support the operation and continuous delivery of the automated Pentest platform;Onboard new applications into the automated Pentest solution, managing stakeholders and onboarding workflows;Maintain and document standard onboarding and operational processes;Contribute to offensive security testing, including automated and blackbox Pentests;Act as an enabler between other teams and business stakeholders.We offer:Health insurance;Free online training through the Udemy platform;On-site and remote training at Olisipo's Learning Center;Free certifications (after passing the exam);Discounts at Olisipo Partners (in the areas of health and well-being, fitness, travel, among others);Free psychological consultations;Possibility of a salary advance, without commissions.Hybrid project (three days a week at the office) - Alfragide, Lisbon.Apply now and take the next step in your career with Olisipo
