All applications with the skills for the position are welcomeWe are looking for an Amazing:Senior ServiceNow Application Developer – Remote (Portugal)We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience building, optimizing, and maintaining applications on the ServiceNow platform. This role is fully focused on end-to-end development, advanced scripting, integrations, and application architecture.What You Will DoDevelop and enhance scoped applications, flows, automation, and platform customizations.Build and maintain integrations (REST, SOAP, Scripted APIs, MID Server).Create and optimize Service Portal components (widgets, UI pages).Implement secure and scalable solutions using ACLs, roles, and governance best practices.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high platform performance.Contribute to CI/CD, ATF, code quality, and version control (Git).Collaborate with architects and guide junior developers when needed.What You Need6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or App Engine / Scoped Apps.Solid understanding of architecture, performance optimization, and platform best practices.Ability to work autonomously and in a distributed team.Fluency in English.CertificationsCSA – requiredCAD – strongly preferred1+ CIS (ITSM, HR, CSM, or ITOM) – preferredCTA – nice to haveWhy Should You Become Part of Our Family?Career development tailored to you: A personalized growth plan aligned with your goals.Challenging and impactful projects: Work on international and enterprise-level ServiceNow initiatives.Global interaction: Collaborate with teams across different countries and cultures.Flexibility and work-life balance: Remote role, ideally based in Portugal.Who Are We?Founded in 2008 and based in Lisbon, KCS IT is a consulting company in the field of Information Technology and Services, focused on creating value for our clients through Consulting, Outsourcing, Innovation, and Training.
