At Lùkla, we partner with major European organisations operating in highly regulated and business-critical environments.We are looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer with strong Microsoft 365 expertise to join international, business-critical projects and design end-to-end enterprise solutions.This role goes beyond pure development. We're looking for someone who combines hands-on technical skills, technical leadership, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.What you'll doDesign and deliver end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions, with a strong focus on SharePoint OnlineDevelop using SPFx, React, Power Automate, REST APIs, and CSSProvide technical leadership within Agile teamsAct as a bridge between business and tech: gather requirements, define user stories and acceptance criteriaCoordinate sprints and mentor developers to ensure high-quality deliveryImplement automations and process improvements with measurable business impactEnsure best practices around governance, performance, security, and scalabilityWhat we're looking forStrong experience as a SharePoint Developer / Microsoft 365 DeveloperProven expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, and Power AutomateSolid experience with React, REST APIs, and GitBackground in technical leadership or Tech Lead rolesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent English (international environment)Autonomous, proactive, and improvement-driven mindsetNice to haveExperience in large-scale, enterprise or international projectsDelivery of automations reducing manual effortUp-to-date knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Microsoft Ignite, SharePoint NA)What we offer100% remote roleInternational, high-impact projectsStrong technical autonomy and ownershipAgile, collaborative, and results-oriented environmentInterested?Apply now or reach out to learn more.
