Our culture is built on care and collaboration, ensuring every team member thrives while contributing to our global impact.About the role:We are seeking a Full Stack Developer & AI Solutions Architect to design and build modern web applications while creating intelligent, AI‐powered extensions for SAP Business One. This hybrid role combines hands‐on development with solution architecture, ensuring seamless integration between AI capabilities, ERP processes, and customer needs.In this role you will get to:Develop backend services using Node.jsUse C# for tools, integrations, and SAP‐related components (not backend)Build modern web applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSSIntegrate with REST APIsWork with MSSQL databasesApply test‐driven development and maintain high‐quality code using GitWork directly with company management to identify options to use AI internallyIdentify opportunities to apply AI within SAP Business One and customer workflowsDesign and implement AI‐powered features integrated with SAP B1 modules and APIsCollaborate with SAP consultants and stakeholders to align solutions with business requirementsSupport ERP‐related development using SAP B1 SDK and B1i (advantage).What we are looking for:Experience5+ years in IT/technology roles4+ years of programming experienceExperience in AI development, ideally within ERP or enterprise systemsStrong full‐stack development backgroundERP experience; SAP Business One knowledge is an advantage.Technical SkillsBackend: Node.js (required), C# for tools/integrationsFrontend: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS (required)Database: MSSQL (required), HANA (nice to have)Integrations: REST (required)SAP: SAP B1 SDK (advantages)Cloud: AWS, Azure; AWS Bedrock (nice to have).Language SkillsEnglish: Fluent verbal and written communicationAdditional languages are an advantage.Personal SkillsProactive mindset with a passion for AI, ERP systems, and modern developmentAbility to work independently; strong self‐starterExcellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsCustomer‐oriented with strong troubleshooting capacityFast learner, analytical, and adaptableStrong teamwork and cross‐cultural collaboration.What we offer in return:Work in a collaborative environment alongside a team of experienced professionalsEnjoy work-life integrationParticipate in performance reviews that offer constructive feedback and align your personal goals with the company's growthBeing recognized for exceptional performance through structured appreciation initiatives and company-wide acknowledgments.
