Senior Delivery Manager with iGaming experience

Our current client portfolio includes variety of clients from streams and strong pipeline of new prospects.Requirements:5+ years of experience working as Delivery management;2+ years of recent experience and knowledge of iGaming industry;Experience in managing an organization of 25+ people;Experience in sales, pre-sales and RFP/RFI activities and processes;Experience working with legal documents (MSA, SOW etc) in service business models;Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies; experience in design and set up of Agile and Delivery processes (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum);Experience working with end-to-end solutions for customer different levels of maturity;Experience with solution delivery of fix-price projects;Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and improving team velocity;Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients;Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary;Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills;Self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented a quick thinker-doer;Advanced level of writing and verbal English.Responsibilities:Program Management. Managing a set of Projects which are linked to one another, in a sequential manner to attain the combined benefit. Including but not limited to managing inter-dependencies between projects, ensuring resource capacity and availability, and achieving program-level goals. Organization, Operations & Performance Management:Supervising New Engagement Onboarding. Close work with a dedicated ProjectManager, Account Manager, and Presales team aimed at smooth onboarding of new Engagement into the company.Delivery Unit Performance Management. Making sure that portfolio of projectswithin given unit performs according to the company expectations (KPIs): CSAT,Revenue, margin (GM, CM), E-RETs, Employees Attrition.Delivery Unit Financial Management (includes Budget Management). Planning,organizing, directing, controlling and forecasting the financial performance including utilization of funds of the Delivery Unit.Delivery Unit Risk Management. Defining and managing risks of a Unit. Monitoring the risks of the Projects that belong to the Delivery Unit.Delivery Unit Resource and Operations Management. Ensuring there's everything that is required for the Delivery Unit to operate and deliver value to the client within each project.Talent Management:Staffing Talents. Hiring talents into one's organization using internal and external channels based on project staffing plan. Being an escalation point in case of any difficulties in staffing.Onboarding Talents. Ensures the onboarding process quality, and that external and internal hired employees are onboarded into the project in the most effective and efficient way.Developing Talents. Ensuring all the team members have their talents developed in the most effective and efficient way, mutually beneficial for both the employee and the company.Managing Talents Compensation. Effectively implementing employeescompensation management according to the company policies.Motivating & Retaining Talents. Working closely with employee satisfaction andretention indicators, as well as handling employee performance issues.Releasing Talents. Releasing employees once the need in the project is reduced (in case of budget cuts, end of assignment, client request), or in case of forced rotation due to business needs, low performance.Sales, Marketing & Account Management:Conducting Presale. Leading presales execution from delivery side and in closecooperation with Sales & Marketing, Account ManagementAccount Management. Managing client relationship and proactively working on up and cross-sale with Account Manager (if assigned) or individually (for client w/o Account Manager assigned).Contract Management.
