German-Speaking Customer Service Agent — Lisbon, Portugal
Cross Border Talents is inviting German-speaking candidates to apply for a Customer Service Agent opportunity in Lisbon.
In this role, you will help customers with enquiries, provide product information, and ensure that their questions are handled professionally.
Your responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and service requests.
- Explain product information and relevant procedures.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Deliver a helpful and professional customer experience.
What we are looking for
- Fluent German and good English communication skills.
- A customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence using computers and digital systems.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Eligibility criteria
- You must already have the legal right to work in Portugal.
- You must currently live in Lisbon, Portugal.
