We are looking for someone who can quickly engage in renewing and improving existing business processes through several phases, such as documenting and reviewing the current processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and areas for improvement. You will have the chance to utilize your problem-solving and communication skills, as well as think outside the box. In this role, you will gain extensive knowledge of the organizational structure, end-to-end business processes, and the corresponding Business Operating Systems.



Responsibilities
  • Update the existing Business Processes Map, ensuring all corresponding inputs and outputs are accurately reflected.
  • Refresh the Business and Operation Software Systems (B/OSS) and database maps, performing gap analysis and proposing solutions to close major gaps and boost quality and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled process optimization to eliminate manual tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.
  • Handle and synthesize large, unstructured datasets to develop forward-looking proposals that enhance productivity and work quality.
  • Collaborate with the team to research and evaluate modern automation and AI tools for potential implementation.


Qualifications

You have:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis techniques
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations

 

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, dashboards, and data visualization
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate AI capabilities, or similar solutions) for productivity improvement and process optimization
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and supporting data-driven decision-making
