.NET Developer

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong experience in building scalable applications and distributed systems using the Microsoft technology stack.

Location: Portugal
Work Model: Hybrid – on-site frequency and location to be defined

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using .NET / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Contribute to solution and architecture design, technical decisions, code reviews, and the definition of development best practices.
• Collaborate with international Product, QA, DevOps, and Project Management teams.
• Ensure the quality, security, performance, and maintainability of delivered solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, engineering practices, and technical standards.
• Identify technical risks and propose appropriate solutions.
• Work autonomously, taking ownership of technical decisions and delivered solutions.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to the development of engineering practices within the team.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Solid understanding of distributed architectures and microservices.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Azure or another major cloud provider is highly valued.
• Experience working in Agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to contribute to technical and architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Portugal, with on-site frequency and location to be defined.
