We're hiring Customer Experts (English Market) to support small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in social media and digital advertising technology.
What you'll get
- Paid training in English (around 15 working days), where you learn the tools, the products and how to handle chat, email and phone support
- Monthly gross salary simulation of €1,237.83: €929 base salary + holiday and Christmas allowances (€77.42 each, paid monthly) + €154 meal allowance (€7/day on a prepaid card, exempt from Social Security and IRS)
- A 12-month contract with a path to a permanent contract after 2 years
- Private health and dental insurance after contract signature
- 22 days of holiday, plus a compensation day if you work on a Portuguese public holiday
- Experience with a global tech brand and an international team
What you'll do
You'll be the helpful voice behind small businesses' growth online:
Support small and medium-sized businesses by chat, email and phone
Help them get the most from self-serve digital advertising
Provide pre- and post-sales, product and tool support
Create great customer experiences. Your main KPI is CSAT (customer satisfaction), so your empathy and warm tone really count
Who we're looking for
Exceptional spoken and written English (C1 minimum)
Empathetic, helpful and a real team player
Calm in tricky situations, with good de-escalation skills
Comfortable handling sensitive information
A fast learner
Good to know
40 hours/week (8 hours/day plus a 1-hour lunch break) on a rotating shift pattern. Your recruiter will share schedule details during the process.
