The professional will work within the Value Creation team, taking care of the development and implementation of value creation initiatives in multiple internal functions, requiring to analyse a situation / internal process and define / implement improvement solutions.
- 2-5 years of experience as Business Consultant;
- Experience in Business Improvement (no IT implementation or audit) in the business consulting unit of a Consultancy environment;
- Proficiency in PowerPoint to develop complete document and with analytical tools (Excel preferred, plus other tools like Power BI, Python, and similar);
- Fluency in English - mandatory;
- Analytical and quantitative skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Curiosity / willingness to learn;
- Sense of urgency.
