In the heart of Avenida da Liberdade, the new Kiosk JNcQUOI is seeking a Head Waiter who can turn excellence into consistency and service into identity.
True leadership is not imposed — it is felt. We are looking for someone who can orchestrate service with precision, inspire teams by example, and understand that every detail contributes to an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the entire front-of-house operation, ensuring premium standards;
- Lead, train, and motivate the team;
- Manage reservations, service flow, and key service moments;
- Ensure efficient communication between the dining room, bar, and kitchen;
- Resolve situations with discretion, elegance, and speed;
- Ensure consistency in the guest experience.
Profile:
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality;
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills;
- High emotional intelligence and customer-focused mindset;
- Obsessive attention to detail;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).
