GWIC is looking for an experienced and highly proactive Group Human Resources Manager to support the continued growth and international development of our organisation. As GWIC continues to expand its engineering, project management and consulting activities across multiple markets, we are looking for a professional capable of building and coordinating a strong, structured and people-focused HR function across the Group. The successful candidate will work closely with GWIC's senior management and country teams, supporting both the day-to-day management of our people and the development of more structured Group-wide HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage recruitment and selection processes across GWIC's different offices and markets; Support management in identifying staffing needs and developing appropriate recruitment strategies; Coordinate onboarding and integration of new employees; Develop and maintain Group-wide HR policies, procedures and internal guidelines; Support the implementation of performance management and employee evaluation systems; Coordinate career development, training and professional development initiatives; Support the definition of

s, organisational structures, reporting lines and career paths; Maintain and improve employee records, HR documentation and internal HR databases; Monitor employment contracts, renewals, leave, absences and other HR-related matters in coordination with Finance & Administration teams; Support management in matters related to employee relations, retention and internal communication; Promote a strong and consistent GWIC culture across different countries and offices; Support compensation and benefits benchmarking and the development of appropriate remuneration frameworks; Coordinate with local management, legal advisers and external providers to ensure compliance with applicable labour requirements in each jurisdiction; Develop practical HR dashboards and management reports, including headcount, recruitment, turnover, performance and other relevant indicators; Contribute actively to the continuous improvement and professionalisation of GWIC's internal organisation. Candidate Profile We are looking for a candidate with: Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Labour Relations or another relevant field; Preferably 7+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including positions with meaningful responsibility; Experience managing recruitment and HR processes in a professional services, engineering, consulting, construction or international business environment will be highly valued; Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management and HR administration; Ability to establish processes and structure in a growing and entrepreneurial organisation; Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail; Ability to work directly with senior management and coordinate with teams across different countries; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; High degree of discretion, confidentiality and professional judgement; Proactive, practical and solution-oriented approach; Strong command of English and Portuguese. Knowledge of Spanish will be considered an advantage; Good command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR management systems.
