Design and implement robust Jira Cloud solutions aligned with diverse business requirements; Collaborate closely with project teams, translating complex requirements into effective Jira-based functionalities; Actively participate in migration activities and the seamless transition of existing Atlassian environments; Contribute significantly to solution design, governance documentation, and comprehensive user/administrator guides; Ensure the highest quality, completeness, and consistency of all project deliverables within the Atlassian ecosystem. What are we looking for? At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset: Proven experience as a Senior Systems Administrator, with a minimum of 5 years focusing on Jira and Atlassian Cloud solutions; Expertise in Jira configuration, including complex workflows, permission schemes, and architecture, coupled with strong tool integration capabilities; Proficiency in defining and executing data migration plans between Jira instances or from third-party tools into Jira; Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical and functional documentation for Jira configurations and solutions; Strong communication skills in English (B1 level) and French (B2 level), both written and spoken, are mandatory; Experience in project management, executing Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, and facilitating training workshops; Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued; Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
