We are looking for a detailed-oriented, bilingual Back Office Customer Support Agent to join our dedicated team in Lisbon. You will handle case management and connected services, ensuring seamless solutions for our Dutch
- and English-speaking customers.

What You'll Do
• Master Case Management: Efficiently process, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries via ticket systems and email.
• Support Connected Services: Deliver precise technical and operational support for connected product platforms.
• Deliver Quality over Speed: Take ownership of complex cases to ensure high satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
• Maintain Accuracy: Keep client records and case logs updated with total clarity and compliance. Who You Are
• Bilingual Communicator: Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).

• Team Player: Adaptable to rotational shift patterns (07:00 – 22:00).
• Lisbon-Based: Currently residing in or near Lisbon (please note: relocation packages are not provided for this position).
