Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 🌐 English: Fluent (mandatory) Minimum Experience ✔ 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering ✔ Experience building and deploying AI solutions in production environments ✔ Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or RAG solutions ✔ Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure Key Requirements
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with SQL and working with enterprise data sources.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Knowledge of AI Agents, orchestration frameworks, and tool-calling patterns.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation, monitoring, and optimization of LLM-based solutions.
• Experience deploying and operating AI solutions in production environments.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, testing, CI/CD, and version control.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search solutions.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of MLOps and AI observability tools.
• Experience with enterprise productivity ecosystems such as Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Snowflake or modern data platforms.
• Azure certifications related to AI or Cloud technologies. Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications using Generative AI technologies.
• Build and optimize AI Agents, Copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines, knowledge retrieval systems, and enterprise AI assistants.
• Integrate AI capabilities with business applications, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Work with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Implement prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring capabilities for AI applications.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify AI opportunities.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and AI best practices across the organization.
• Support the continuous improvement of AI platforms, frameworks, and development processes.
