Introduction & Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our expanding Cybersecurity team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role will be pivotal in optimizing the team's effectiveness and managing critical cybersecurity projects within an international and complex IT environment. Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
• Managing the project end-to-end and ensuring its successful progress.
• Structuring the different stages of the project over the long term.
• Organizing and leading project governance.
• Setting up and managing the project's governance and meeting structure.
• Coordinating the various teams and stakeholders.
• Ensuring that ideas, issues, and requirements are properly raised and communicated.
• Identifying blockers and ensuring they are followed up.
• Following up with and mobilizing stakeholders whenever necessary.
• Facilitating communication between technical, business, and cybersecurity teams.
• Supporting the deployment of the project in an international environment.
• Being proactive and contributing to the continuous improvement of ways of working. Key

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in project management.
• Significant experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience with international projects and/or large-scale deployments.
• Strong knowledge of EDR environments is an advantage.
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Proactive and autonomous with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
• Ability to adapt to complex and heterogeneous work settings.
• Ability to quickly identify and escalate issues appropriately.
• Strong facilitation skills and capability to drive topics forward. Nice to Have:
• Experience in cybersecurity project management, particularly with EDR solutions such as CrowdStrike.
• Ability to understand and address technical challenges without being a technical expert. Other Details: This position is based in Lisbon/Amadora, Portugal, utilizing a hybrid working model (3 days a week on-site). The assignment is expected to last until at least the end of 2027, depending on project progression and organizational needs.
