About us
? 🌍 Stafiz is a SaaS platform for consulting firms, agencies and software publishers. It helps them manage their projects, teams and profitability. Our solution gives them full visibility from pre-sales to invoicing and automates key tasks such as staffing, project tracking, invoicing and expense reports. Stafiz is growing fast, with 400+ clients in 20 countries, and our teams are growing too We’re about thirty people split between Paris and Lisbon, and our tech team work remotely from Portugal. We care about proactivity, continuous learning, and the impact each person has through real autonomy in their role. Our teams are international, so we work in English Role 🛠️ Our QA Tester is going on maternity leave, and we’re looking for someone to take over the role for 6 to 9 months. You’ll join our tech team fully remote from anywhere in Portugal and work closely with the QA Operations Manager, developers and product team. Your job is to make sure every new feature is tested, stable and aligned with what our clients need. You won’t start alone. Ideally, you’ll have a dedicated onboarding period alongside our current QA, and you’ll me helped by your manager to learn the product, our tools and our test processes. What you’ll do 🚀 🧪 Testing & validation
• Run manual tests on new features and releases, and report results precisely
• Report, document and follow up on bugs in our internal tools until they’re fixed 🤝 Collaboration
• Work with Product Managers to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Reproduce issues with developers and verify their fixes
• Give clear feedback on product quality, usability and performance 🔁 Continuous improvement
• Contribute to QA best practices and process optimization
• Document features and test results on our internal knowledge base
• About you 💡
• You’re a recent graduate starting your career or a junior QA
• You have a sharp eye for detail and an analytical mindset, and you spot what others miss
• You’re organized, methodical, thorough and autonomous
• You have excellent written and spoken English
• A basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, APIs, databases…) is appreciated
• Experience with or a strong interest in test automation is a real plus
• You’re based in Portugal and available for 6 to 9 months
