We are looking for a Traning Specialist to strengthen product knowledge across our internal and external audiences. Working closely with Medical, Marketing and Sales, you will translate scientific information into clear, engaging and practical training for internal teams, pharmacists, healthcare professionals and Key Accounts. What will your challenges be?
- Prepare and deliver scientific and product training to internal teams, pharmacists, healthcare professionals and Key Accounts
- Adapt training content and delivery to the needs of each audience and channel
- Develop and update presentations, technical guides and digital learning materials
- Support Medical and Marketing in preparing scientific product materials for medical detailing
- Ensure teams receive accurate and timely training for new product launches
- Deliver field coaching and *training on the job
* to commercial teams
- Support workshops, webinars, events and other educational initiatives
- Monitor training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of training content, in collaboration with Medical and Regulatory Affairs Are you the one we are waiting for? Education
- Degree or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or another relevant Life Sciences or healthcare-related field
- Pedagogical Competencies Certificate – CCP is valued Experience
- 1 to 4 years of experience in product training, pharmacy, dermocosmetics, the pharmaceutical industry, medical detailing or a similar role
- Experience delivering training and developing scientific or educational materials is valued Languages
- Portuguese and English required
- Spanish is a plus Technical skills
- Ability to translate scientific information into clear and engaging training
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and digital training tools Personal profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and able to turn complex scientific information into engaging and memorable learning experiences
- Organised, proactive and able to manage different priorities
- Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
- Passionate about science, products and knowledge sharing
