Key Responsibilities
- Multi-channel Support: Assist business clients via live chat, email, and scheduled outbound phone calls to provide timely resolution.
- Technical Guidance: Troubleshoot ad campaigns, report bugs, and guide users on advertising tools and self-service features.
- Consultative Service: Turn inbound chat/email requests into productive voice calls to deliver personalized, high-value assistance.
- Issue Resolution: Identify emerging trends, solve platform issues, and improve overall client satisfaction. Requirements
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch & English.

Excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and comfort working across multiple digital tools simultaneously.
- Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and customer-first focus.
- Work Authorization: Must hold a valid work permit or legal right to work in Portugal. What Our Client Offers

Working Hours
Full-Time (40h/week) | Rotational shifts 8h/day (Mon–Sun, 07:00AM – 10:00PM).
- Employment Contract: 12-month renewable contract (Permanent contract after 2 years).
- Meal Allowance: Paid via a dedicated tax-exempt meal card to use in supermarkets and restaurants across Portugal.
- Paid Leave & Bonuses: 22 annual vacation days + compensation days for Portuguese public holidays, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses.
- Paid Professional Training: Intensive 15-day onboarding program (8 hours/day) covering software, product knowledge, and client management.
