Key Responsibilities

- Support the configuration, deployment and management of AWS EC2 instances, VPCs, S3 buckets, Security Groups, AWS database services, EKS, and other AWS infrastructure components.
- Assist in implementing cloud solutions following best practices for security, scalability and reliability.
- Monitor cloud environments using Amazon CloudWatch and provide troubleshooting support.
- Participate in Infrastructure-as-Code tasks with Terraform and scripting using Python or Bash (basic).
- Help maintain technical documentation, deployment guides and cloud best practices.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve issues and improve cloud operations.
- Support AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) administration and user access management (desirable). Critical Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, including compute, networking, storage and identity services.
- Familiarity with AWS CLI, AWS Management Console, and version control tools such as Git.
- Basic experience or understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
- Basic scripting skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
- Understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and proactive attitude. Qualifications
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner required.
- Desirable: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate.
- 1–2 years of experience in cloud administration, IT support, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is a plus. Language Skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
