Cybersecurity Project Manager

� Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with technical resources throughout all project phases, from initial development through implementation. �
� Manage projects with top-down oversight, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. �
� Continuously monitor project progress and provide detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, risks, and overall project status. �
� Perform risk management to identify potential risks, raise awareness among stakeholders, and define appropriate mitigation plans. �
� Proactively communicate with project team members and stakeholders to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive efficiency improvements. What are we looking for? At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset: �
� 5+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity Engineering and at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager. The Project Management experience may be current or previous. �
� Experience managing projects in complex, collaborative environments, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills. �
� Solid technical background, with good understanding of or hands-on experience in cybersecurity domains such as IAM, Network Security, and related security technologies. �
� Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, methodologies, and best practices. �
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (C1) and English (C1). �
� Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued; �
� Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated; �
� Available to candidates currently residing in Portugal. Please note that candidates based outside Portugal or requiring visa sponsorship are not eligible for this position. What can
