As a
Quality Engineer
, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle. Acting as the key link between our factories, R&D, purchasing, and marketing teams, you will help bring world-class products to life.
What You’ll Do
- Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects
- Track and drive project maturity levels
- Conduct process audits to maintain top-tier standards
- Identify quality risks and implement corrective measures
- Support safe launch activities within your product group
- Lead continuous improvement projects for both new and existing products
- Report and monitor quality performance, including error rates and costs What You Bring
- A degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
- At least 5 years of practical quality management experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 experience a plus)
- Expertise in APQP/Stage Gate Process
- Additional quality management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable
- Fluent English communication skills
