We are currently supporting a multinational leader in the logistics and supply chain sector and are looking for a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to join a global cloud platform team responsible for managing and evolving large-scale AWS environments used worldwide.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled cloud platform team working at enterprise scale.
You will play a key role in designing, governing, automating, and supporting AWS multi-account environments, helping shape cloud standards, security practices, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence across the organization.
If you enjoy solving complex cloud challenges, working on large-scale AWS platforms, and contributing to cloud governance and platform engineering initiatives, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and support AWS multi-account environments using AWS Organizations
Implement cloud governance, security, and compliance best practices
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation
Support and evolve AWS networking architectures and connectivity patterns
Collaborate with Security, Network, Platform, and Application teams
Troubleshoot complex cloud environments and participate in incident response activities
Contribute to cloud standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Drive automation, scalability, and operational excellence across AWS platforms
Must-Have Experience
AWS Organizations and multi-account environments
Service Control Policies (SCPs)
IAM, AWS Identity Center (SSO), cross-account roles, and least-privilege models
Terraform (modules, state management, reusable patterns)
CloudFormation StackSets
GitOps and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure
Strong AWS networking knowledge:
VPC
Transit Gateway
Route 53
VPC Endpoints
Experience troubleshooting complex AWS environments
Incident response, P1/P2 triage, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Strong understanding of AWS security and compliance
Nice to Have
AWS Certifications
Bash or Python scripting
Azure or GCP exposure
Hybrid or multi-cloud environments

Annual Salary Range:€30,000 – €50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
