Emotion Mobility in Lisbon is seeking a Head of HR to lead a 150-person team across Portugal, the Netherlands, India, and UAE.
You will report to the CEO and build a unified HR function that ensures compliant, scalable practices in each market.
You will design multi-market compensation and grading, oversee payroll and employee data governance under GDPR, develop local HR teams in Lisbon and India, and act as a strategic partner to executives on organizational design and workforce planning.
