This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience for users across Europe.Prerequisites:Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)Interest in virtual reality and gaming is a plusStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work on-site in PortoEU member state passport or a valid residence card for PortugalWhy Applying?

What is on the Offer?
Base Salary:EUR 1,100 (paid over 14 months)Meal Allowance:EUR 7.63 per working day (net)Relocation PackageFrom outside Portugal:Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months (EUR 280/month, deducted from salary, all utilities included)Reimbursement of airfare (up to EUR 400 in economy class) after 180 days of employmentFrom inside Portugal:Travel reimbursement (up to EUR 150 in economy class) after 180 days of employmentHousing provided on a case by case basis#J-***-Ljbffr
