Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for implementation and evolution of digital solutions. Configure and optimize customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Leverage Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for behavioral analysis, reporting, and insights generation. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integrate multiple data sources into Adobe Experience Platform and ensure data consistency. Design and implement customer segmentation, audiences, and personalization strategies. Support testing, validation, and issue resolution in production environments. Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. Produce functional and technical documentation aligned with best practices. You must have:
Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Strong knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Experience in data integration and data modeling for digital marketing platforms. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and segmentation. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams. Fluent in English (written and spoken). European Union citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit. Availability to work in a hybrid model (Lisbon-based).
