Build, develop and lead a successful team
Use your experience to plan and accomplish goals
Quick response to escalating issues
Contributing to the growth of your market
Engagement in the innovation and improvement of the processes
Create action plans to develop the agents
Prepare reports and team meetings to share results and new targets
Listen to the team member's feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Requirements
Fluent in English
Native in French
Understanding KPIs metrics
Multitasking ability
Previous experience in customer service and/or B2B
Tourism and travel background is a plus
