We are working with an established Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner who is looking for ambitious individuals with a Finance or Accounting background to join their growing team in Portugal.
This is an excellent opportunity to move into ERP consulting, where you will receive training and support to develop your skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and build a long-term career as an ERP Finance Consultant.
You do not need previous ERP implementation or consulting experience
We are looking for individuals who understand Finance processes and are keen to develop their technical and consulting skills.
The opportunity As a Junior ERP Finance Consultant, you will learn how to help organisations improve their financial processes through the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Working alongside experienced consultants, you will develop your knowledge of ERP systems, business processes and software implementation.
Your responsibilities will include: Learning how to implement, configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Working with clients to understand their Finance and Accounting processes.
Supporting the implementation of Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Assisting with requirements gathering, system testing, user training and ongoing support.
Developing your functional consulting skills through hands-on project experience and training.
What we're looking for A background in Finance, Accounting or a related financial operations role, ideally with 2–3 years of experience.
A good understanding of core accounting and financial processes.
Experience using accounting software or ERP systems would be beneficial, but is not essential.
An interest in technology and how ERP systems can improve business processes.
Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for working with clients.
Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English.
A genuine interest in developing a career in ERP consulting.
Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Primavera or similar systems would be advantageous, but full Dynamics 365 training will be provided.
