On top of the salary 14 Salaries a Year Flights Covered Work From Home The role Customer Service role with our client in Lisbon supporting an Insurance Company project, focused on assisting Dutch-speaking customers with support-related inquiries within a fast-paced and digital services environment.
Model: Fully Remote Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts) Days Off: Weekends In short: Customer service + automotive digital support + international BPO environment.
Day to day that means customer Service role with our client in Lisbon supporting an Insurance Company project, focused on assisting Dutch-speaking customers with support-related inquiries within a fast-paced and digital services environment.

What you need Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly Comfortable working in customer support/BPO environment Strong communication and customer service skills Native/Fluent Danish and good English (B2+) The rest of the package You also get complexity Bonus paid in 11 months 100EUR Performance Bonus (up to) paid in 12 months 100 EUR We are offering a ****€ Welcome Bonus.
This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.
