Join us for a 12-month professional internship and gain hands-on experience in global projects where you can contribute your own ideas, drive innovation, and help shape the future of talent attraction.Analytics & Strategy: Support the further development of our global Key Function approach for the Professional target group by maintaining key dashboards, tracking relevant KPIs, and deriving insights that help us continuously optimize our talent attraction strategiesAlumni Project: Contribute to our Alumni Project by helping build and nurture our alumni network, creating engaging communication initiatives, and strengthening relationships with former employees to support future hiring opportunitiesContent Support: Support in keeping our target group strategy and content portfolio for Professionals up to date.
You will help create compelling content, identify opportunities for improvement, and bring fresh ideas to elevate our employer brand furtherGlobal Campaigns & Talent Attraction: Work closely with the Global Target Group Owner for Professionals on global campaigns, strategic talent attraction initiatives, and targeted hiring pushes for critical business areas and growing marketsMarket Research & Innovation: Research market trends, candidate expectations, emerging technologies, and talent marketing best practices.
