Own and lead the entire technical strategy and execution of Shadow from zero to scaleArchitect, build, and maintain our AI-powered platform (web and mobile)Implement emotional intelligence in AI using LLMs, vector search, and memory systemsWork closely with the founder on product design, roadmap, and growthPrototype quickly, iterate fast — bring a "launch now, fix later" mindsetEnsure user privacy, ethical AI usage, and platform security from day oneBuild and eventually lead a small, focused, world-class technical teamStay ahead of advancements in AI and mental health tech — and implement them thoughtfullyIdeal Background
Proven experience as a
CTO or senior technical lead, ideally in a startupStrong expertise in
AI/ML, including:LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral)LangChain, custom prompt frameworks, or agent designVector databases (e.G. Pinecone, Weaviate)Full-stack capabilities — from backend APIs to simple, beautiful user interfacesStrong understanding of
data privacy, security, and ethical AI practicesComfortable building MVPs solo, deploying fast, and learning from usersBonus if you've worked on:Voice-based interactionsEmotionally adaptive UXMental health or wellness platformsProducts with freemium monetization modelsDriven by impact, not ego.
