Summer Trainees Program ** Marsh Portugal is officially launching the edition of our Summer Trainees Program.

Locations & Areas The program is available only in Lisbon, in six areas: Consulting, Cyber Security, Operations, Analytical Services (Actuarial/Pensions), Analytical Services (Investments), Finance.
Team Descriptions Consulting: The team interacts with Portuguese client projects, giving trainees exposure to benefits, pensions, investments, HR and risk.
Ideal for profiles that enjoy interaction and creating projects.
Cyber Security: The team works on Portuguese client projects related to cyber security risks.
Ideal for profiles with IT background and who like interaction.
Operations: Trainees dive into the data world, working on data analytics and optimizing files and functions.
Ideal for people with Excel, macros, Power BI knowledge and a thirst for data.
Analytical Services (Actuarial/Pensions): Focus on calculations, simulations, data analysis and reporting related to pensions across markets.
Ideal for mathematics and analytically driven profiles.
Analytical Services (Investments): Focus on reporting, monitoring, data and market analysis related to investments across markets.
Ideal for finance, economics and mathematics profiles.
Finance: The Regional Financial Planning & Analysis team supports financial analysis, reporting and planning activities across European markets.
Ideal for finance profiles wanting corporate experience.
What We Offer 2‐month full‐time internship (July and August) with practical experience in the consulting sector.
Broad learning and development environment.
Internship allowance of 300€ per month plus meal allowance.
Eligibility Currently enrolled in a degree programme, from first year of bachelor's to final year of master's at a Portuguese university.
Full availability to participate in the complete program (2 months).
Full availability to work in the Lisbon office during the internship.
