Lead.Net Developer

This is a hands-on technical leadership position for someone who combines strong software engineering expertise with excellent communication skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work confidently in an environment where requirements and legacy logic may not be fully documented.

NET Object-Oriented Design & SOLID Principles Unit & Regression Testing Technical Leadership & Mentoring Requirements .
Extensive hands-on experience with C# and modern .
NET, including the latest stable .
NET technologies.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, clean code, and reusable library design.
Proven experience writing unit tests using xUnit, NUnit, or similar frameworks.
Experience developing regression tests and validating functional equivalence between existing and new implementations.
Experience working with large datasets, data processing, aggregation, or time-series data.
Previous experience in a technical leadership role, including mentoring, code reviews, and onboarding developers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Confidence in leading technical discussions with client-facing engineering teams and working through ambiguity.
Fluent English and the ability to communicate effectively in technical meetings.
Nice to Have:
Experience with React Flow or similar node-based visual workflow tools.
Background in IoT, industrial software, monitoring platforms, or data-intensive systems.
Experience migrating or re-engineering legacy systems where exact output consistency is critical.
Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and best practices for validating AI-generated code.
Responsibilities .
Collaborate with technical architects and project stakeholders to understand existing business logic, clarify requirements, and validate expected outputs.
Design and implement a reusable .
NET class library using clean object-oriented architecture and established software engineering principles.
Develop comprehensive unit tests to verify functional correctness and ensure output parity with the existing implementation.
Process, transform, and aggregate large volumes of data, including time-series data where applicable.
Maintain a consistent development workflow, committing code regularly to enable transparency, review, and feedback.
Lead technical discussions, participate in code reviews, and establish coding standards and best practices.
Document implementation decisions, business logic, and architectural choices.
Mentor developers and support onboarding as the team grows.
Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly, ensuring that all generated code is reviewed, understood, tested, and fully owned by the developer.
