Base salary: 760/month
Monthly bonus potential: 200
Holiday & Christmas bonus
Daily food allowance: 7
Total package: Around 1,240/month
Plus, well help with your accommodation if you're relocating
You'll be perfect if you:
Speak native Italian and rock-solid English
Have some customer service experience (1+ year)
Love helping people solve problems
Can keep cool under pressure
Bonus points if you know your way around digital advertising
Your typical day:
You'll be our customers hero, helping them navigate our advertising platform through calls, emails, and chat. Its fast-paced, varied, and never boring
