Technical support role for a global search engine and digital services platform.
You will support Dutch-speaking users navigating technical issues, digital tools, and account services.
The role suits candidates with a genuine interest in technology and strong problem‐solving skills.
Up to €255/month in bonuses, a permanent contract from day one, and two hiring intakes across March and April make this an accessible and well‐compensated entry into Lisbon's tech support sector.What You Will Do
Provide Dutch-language technical support for users of a global digital platformTroubleshoot technical issues related to search, digital products, and account servicesGuide customers through solutions clearly via phone, chat, and emailEscalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate internal teamsMaintain high first‐contact resolution rates and CSAT scoresDocument all interactions accurately in internal systemsWhat We Are Looking For
