Junior Barista
As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for making and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers.
Your main duties will include taking and preparing customer orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area, operating coffee-making equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
No prior experience necessary, but some experience in customer service or food/beverage industry is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good time management skills
Attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Willingness to learn about different types of coffee and brewing techniques
Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.
Ensure high-quality standards are met for all beverages served
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
Follow health and safety regulations at all times
Attend training sessions to learn about new products or techniques
Salary: $**** per month
Location: Braga, Portugal
