Data Mining Analyst

Data Mining AnalystAs a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform decision-making and improve business processes.
You will work with various teams to gather data and use specialized tools and techniques to clean, organize, and analyze it.
Your findings will be presented in reports and visualizations to aid in business strategy and decision making.
ResponsibilitiesCollecting and organizing data from various sourcesCleaning and formatting data for analysisUsing statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyze dataIdentifying patterns, trends, and outliers in the dataCreating reports and visualizations to present findingsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needsProviding insights and recommendations based on data analysisMaintaining databases and implementing data security measuresRequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related fieldProven experience as a Data Mining Analyst or similar roleProficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languagesFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret large datasetsKnowledge of statistical methods including regression analysis, clustering techniquesExperience with machine learning algorithms is a plusExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise mannerLocation: Faro (Remote work is also possible)

Salary:
