We are a leading construction company based in Braga and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team on a contract basis As a Civil Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish This includes planning designing and implementing projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project needs and requirements Prepare detailed designs plans and drawings using computer-aided design CAD software Collaborate with architects contractors and other engineers to develop project plans Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship Provide technical advice and support to project team members Ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the project duration Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in construction projects Proficient in CAD software Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and equipment Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
We offer
