Your Role Assist customers with the employee benefits app.
Help with account creation, access, and balance inquiries.
Guide users in understanding and using their benefits.
Deliver professional support and excellent customer experiences.
Requirements Fluent in French.
No English required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must currently reside in Portugal.
Must have valid documentation to work legally in Portugal.
Available for rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
