Freelance Biometric Passport Agent We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Biometric Passport Agent to join our team in Almada. As a Freelance Biometric Passport Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with the application process for biometric passports. This is a part-time position with a salary of **$ per month.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with the application process for biometric passports, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and on timeSchedule appointments and coordinate with government agencies for passport processingVerify client information and documents to ensure compliance with biometric passport requirementsProvide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding their passport applicationsMaintain accurate records of all client interactions and passport applicationsStay updated on any changes or updates to biometric passport regulations and proceduresRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent education required;
Additional relevant education or experience preferredExcellent communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken EnglishStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete forms and verify informationPrior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferredFamiliarity with biometric passport regulations is a plusMust be able to work independently and manage time effectively
