Sector: Automotive Technology Rate Between €*** RV About The Opportunity An international company in the Automotive Tech sector is looking for an experienced SAP Cloud Developer (ABAP) to support and evolve SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud environments through scalable cloud development, integrations, and Dev Ops best practices.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about SAP BTP, ABAP Cloud, RAP/CAP development, and modern cloud-based architectures, with the opportunity to work on innovative end-to-end integrations and enterprise automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop clean-core SAP extensions using RAP (in-app) and CAP (side-by-side) architectures.
Design and maintain SAP CPI i Flows, ensuring reliability, monitoring, and observability.
Build and optimize UI5/Fiori applications, extensions, and client-side Java Script solutions.
Develop integrations and automation flows involving: SAP CPQ SAP S/4 HANA SAP CPI SAP BTP Implement RESTful APIs, custom fields, workflows, and pricing extensions.
Create scalable cloud applications using Java Script, Type Script, and SAP Cloud frameworks.
Work with Groovy, XSLT, JSON/XML payloads, and API integrations.
Perform performance tuning using: CDS annotations Buffering Pagination Parallelization Build automated tests, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and participate in code reviews.
Debug and document technical solutions, integrations, and i Flows.
Develop and maintain Adobe Forms and backend enhancements.
Apply secure coding practices, secrets management, and least-privilege access standards.
Required
Experience 5+ years of experience as an SAP Cloud Developer (ABAP) Strong experience with SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud and SAP BTP Technical Skills ABAP Cloud RAP, CDS, OData CAP (Node.Js / Java) SAP CPI Groovy scripting SAP Cloud SDK Cloud Foundry XSUAA & Destinations Event Mesh UI5 / Fiori Elements Java Script / Type Script Adobe Forms REST APIs JSON/XML CPQ scripting CBC dependencies & transport management Functional & Soft Skills Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
