Job Description
Position with a strong technical component in the implementation and maintenance of Skidata solutions in Portugal.
The candidate should:Job responsibilitiesDeveloping preventive or corrective maintenance work, technical support and implementation of Skidata solutions and products at client facilities, throughout the installed baseCarry out activity in person at the client's facilities, remotely from their workstation, or in a laboratory or other Skidata facilitiesMaintain high levels of service quality and customer attention/supportCollaborate in pre-sales activities in technical and commercial aspectsSupport the company's Operations area processes and prepare work reports and service spreadsheets in a timely and accurate mannerThe role will be performed within the work context of the company's Operations team, reporting to the Operations Manager.
Mandatory/Preferred RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, with at least 2 years in technical support for engineering solutionsMinimum

education:
secondary or higher education in electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or related fieldsSkills and KnowledgeIT and data networking experienceKnowledge of hardware and software architectureExperience in maintenance/technical support of electrical or automation systemsKnowledge of English (intermediate level, written and spoken) and Spanish (spoken), in addition to PortugueseIntermediate user level knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSocial and Personal SkillsTeamworkAutonomy to work independentlyStrong self-motivationAvailability to travel throughout Portugal or abroadResponsibility, honesty, commitment, respect for teamworkCustomer orientationProblem-solving orientationProactive, adaptable, and highly flexible, available to work in a changing environmentPreference for candidates with the following knowledgeSoftware developmentKnowledge of SQL databasesWorking hoursFrom 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Work locationBased in Lisbon (Alfragide) and possibility of teleworking.
Type of contractPermanent, significant probationary period.
