The Role: Developer COBOL
Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office
Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there
Solid experience with
COBOL on z/OS
( Batch & CICS ).
Strong knowledge of
JCL, DB2, VSAM, TSO/ISPF.
Experience with
Git (GitLab or Bitbucket)
and
CI/CD for COBOL (DBB).
Integration experience using
MQ and REST APIs.
Nice to have:
Experience in
legacy modernization
(COBOL migration, refactoring).
Exposure to
zDevOps automation
and collaboration with
API / Cloud / Data teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain
COBOL Batch and CICS applications.
Support
modernization and DevOps initiatives
on mainframe systems.
Ensure
quality, performance and reliability.
