This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, testing mission-critical trading platforms where precision, reliability, and deep functional understanding are essential to every release.
PROJECT & CONTEXTYou will work across functional testing, backend and API validation, defect management, test automation, regression testing, and release validation for a Trading Systems environment.
The role suits someone who understands business requirements and workflows, but who can also dig into technical tools and test data to investigate issues.
You'll work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and fellow QA professionals to support reliable, high-quality software delivery.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)3 to 5 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related technical roleExperience with functional testing, defect management, test reporting, and traceabilityExperience in banking, brokerage, financial markets, or another relevant financial systems environmentKnowledge of BDD principles and test automation frameworksPractical, hands-on experience with Linux commands, Jenkins, and GitExperience with Python and Shell scriptingExperience with database management in a testing or technical environmentFluent English and Portuguese, both written and spokenNICE TO HAVE (Preferred)Hands-on experience contributing to test automation framework design and CI/CD pipeline improvementsFamiliarity with using AI-assisted tools for test design, test case creation, defect analysis, documentation, and reportingPrevious exposure to trading platforms or capital markets systems specifically
