We are a warm and loving family of four with two young children, living in a beautiful villa in the Algarve.
We are looking for a kind, caring and trustworthy nanny who genuinely enjoys being around children and would love to become part of our family and everyday life.
Our children are our world, and we are looking for someone who will treat them with the same care, patience and affection as we do.

We also travel regularly and would love our nanny to be included in our holidays and family trips where appropriate.

The Role
Your main responsibility will be caring for our two children and helping with their day-to-day routine, including:
Getting the children ready in the mornings
School/nursery runs
Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children
Playing, entertaining and doing activities with them
Taking them to activities, parks and outings
Helping with bath and bedtime routines
Keeping the children's bedrooms, toys and belongings organised
Helping with children's laundry when required
Supporting us with the children's daily routines
Babysitting when needed
Travelling with the family during holidays
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, energetic, patient and genuinely enjoys spending time with children.

Family Holidays & Lifestyle
We love travelling and often enjoy holidays together.
Our nanny would be welcome and expected to travel with us on family holidays when required.
We want someone who enjoys experiencing new places, going out with the family and being involved in our lifestyle rather than someone who simply wants to work set hours and leave.

Living Arrangements
We can offer a comfortable private living arrangement within/alongside our beautiful villa, with your own private space and the ability to have your own downtime.
We respect that our nanny will also need personal time and privacy outside of working hours.

Ideally, you will be:
Warm, caring and naturally affectionate with children
Reliable and trustworthy
Energetic and proactive
Organised and responsible
Flexible with family life and travel
Comfortable around dogs/pets if applicable
A confident driver
Experienced with young children
Someone who enjoys becoming part of a family environment
Ideally experienced as a nanny or childcare professional
Fluent/good English
Most importantly, we want someone who is kind, positive and genuinely loves children.
