Profile:
- Mandatory residency in Portugal;
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant field;
- 5 to 7 years of expertise in MuleSoft platform management (platform operations, not API development);
- Expertise in MuleSoft Omni Gateway (Flex Gateway), Terraform, GitHub, OpenShift, and Argo CI/CD;
- Knowledge of Authentication e Authorization mechanisms and API security standards/implementation (OAuth, OpenID);
- Foundational level knowledge in AWS and Azure, alongside ITIL Process competencies;
- Stakeholder engagement and communication expertise, including technical information synthesis, multicultural environment collaboration, workshop/stakeholder facilitation, and influence management;
- Knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java, JSON, network fundamentals (Virtual IPs, firewalls, load balancers), certificate lifecycle management, SOAPUI, Postman (user level), Silva, and Linux;
- Professional English environment (C1).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily Level 3 operations, maintenance, service requests, and handling of escalated tickets from L2 support teams within defined SLA timelines;
- Perform troubleshooting using logs, monitoring tools, and system diagnostics, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommending corrective actions;
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for repetitive operational tasks to drive continuous service improvement and reduce manual effort;
- Manage platform capacity and performance to ensure availability, scalability, optimal resource utilization, and risk mitigation;
- Support deployment, release, production change activities, major incidents, and service restoration, including on-call or after-hours support when required;
- Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, KPI tracking reports, and interface effectively between internal and external international providers.
