What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Representative and Sales, you will:Provide exceptional customer support throughout the entire guest journey, from booking to post-cruise follow-upAssist customers and travel agents with cruise bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requestsOffer detailed information about destinations, itineraries, ships, onboard services, excursions, and travel requirementsDrive sales by promoting cruise packages, itineraries, and onboard experiences to new and existing customersIdentify customer needs and recommend tailored cruise options, upgrades, and add-on services (excursions, drink packages, cabins, etc.)Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel agents to encourage repeat businessPresent promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs to maximize revenue opportunitiesResolve customer concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experienceYour qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Are fluent in German (C1), both spoken and written and have a good level of EnglishHave previous experience in customer service and/or sales, hospitality, travel, or tourism (cruise experience is a plus)Are comfortable using multiple systems and have strong computer skillsDemonstrate excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetHave strong communication skills and a customer-first attitudeAre able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentShow flexibility with schedules, including weekends or holidays if requiredWhat's in it for youIn this role,
