Currently, we have 3 workshops in the north of Portugal, more specifically, in Ponte de Lima, Penafiel and Santa Maria da Feira.

We're seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern to support our operations team.
If you're analytical, hands-on, and want to play a key role in a growing company, this is your chance
What you'll do:
Support the standardization of production processes;
Help monitor and optimize performance indicators (KPIs) across production areas;
Contribute to the reorganization of production layouts to increase efficiency and productivity;
Apply LEAN tools and methodologies in real industrial projects;
Work closely with production teams and team leaders to plan and implement improvement initiatives.
Is this you?
Education or interest in Industrial Engineering, Management or related fields;
bring all you have.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and production processes.
Knowledge of LEAN tools is a plus;
proficiency in Excel isa requirement.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, comfortable interacting with production teams.
Critical thinking, autonomy and problem-solving mindset.
Eligible for a Level 6 professional internship.
This position will remain open until filled.
